WHY YOU SHOULD CHOSE US

General Return Guidelines:
  • You may return an item within 30 days from the date of receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in it’s original packaging.
  • Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
Restocking fee:
  • A resttocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns (if the return is due to buyers remorse).
  • The restocking fee helps cover the costs associeted with processing and inspecting returned items.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps

we have been trading marine electronics and team within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization.

l provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

Carefully packaging

in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely protected for shipping.

Ship the item

back to us using a trackable shipping method, and retain the tracking number for your records.

Returned item

Once we receive the item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund, minus the applicable restocking fee, within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund method:

Refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please not that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Non-returnable items:

Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal protective equipment (PPE), opened software, and custom-made products.Please ensure that you carefully review the product description and specifications before making a purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsbile for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Move Marine.
