How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Here are typical transit times:

  • Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland): 2 business days

  • EU Countries: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days

  • U.S. & Canada: 2 business days (Express), 3–7 days (Expedited)

Can I pick up my order in person?

Currently, we ship all orders from our Copenhagen facility. Local pickup is possible at our address if agreed in advance: Naverland 31, 1.th, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark.

Are all products tested before being sold?

Yes. All used and refurbished marine equipment is inspected and tested for functionality before being listed. Items sold “For Parts” or “Repair” are not tested for full operation and are sold as-is.

How do I know if the equipment is compatible with my boat/motor/system?

What is covered by your 90-day warranty?

Our 90-day limited warranty applies to used items and covers functional defects that occur within 90 days of delivery. If your used item becomes faulty during this period, contact us for repair, replacement, or refund assistance.

Do you offer extended warranty options?

New items include a 1- to 2-year warranty, depending on the product. Please check the individual listing for specific coverage details. Additional extended warranties are not currently offered beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.
